I just came back from my Texas 4000 training camp. I took a few spills, my knees definitely got torn up a bit. I try to stay in good spirits though, even when I fall off the bike

I averaged about 12 mph today, and I went for about 30 miles. Keep in mind this is my first time going on a REAL ride. I've never even owned a bike before. So it was good. Even though my legs are sore and I'm totally exhausted from pillow talks until the wee hours, I had a great time and I learned so much. I'm getting the hang of getting my bottle and taking a drink while im riding and not stopping. I won't be satisfied until I can do acrobatics on my bicycle.

| By the summer, I'll be able to do this cruising at 20 mph |
I'll upload some pics of this really awesome barbecue place we went to afterward. Yes that's right. BBQ. Small Texas town BBQ. This is the real stuff.
Look forward to it.
